News

Dear Readers,
Michael and I have prayed endlessly, sought the advise and counsel of close friends and family and have officially made the decision that we will be postponing our return to Ecuador. For the past couple of weeks we have not felt at peace with our previous decision to return. We have been uneasy and unsure if it was, in fact, the right thing for us to do at this time in our lives. After much deliberation, we have realized that for our first year of marriage we would like to be able to focus on each other and our new marriage, and have the support system of our very close family and friends. We truly feel we will be able to do both of these things better while living in Minnesota than in a new environment, such as Ecuador. Although this was an extremely difficult decision to make, Michael and I feel so much peace with our new direction and are comforted knowing that this is the right choice for now.

We are both still passionate about traveling and serving the Lord wherever he leads us and we pray that someday we will journey back to Ecuador. Thank you all for the wonderful friendships and Michael and I hope to keep in touch even though we are away. Please continue to pray for us as we begin this new phase of life and exciting time in our relationship!

Love,
AnnMarie & Michael
